After a tiring session of giving it your all and sweating buckets, all you would want to do is just chill for a little and maybe have a refreshing ice-cold shake for a post-workout boost. After taking a nice cool shower, of course.
It’s not often that you get to enjoy something right after your workout. You can only settle for bottled drinks, or wait till you get home to make yourself a smoothie. By then, you would be way too tired and way more tempted to crash on your bed instead.
Well, thankfully, this spin studio has listened and solved our issue by establishing an in-house cafe where you can pre-order your drinks and pick them up with no fuss right after your session.
Shakes on-the-go
Ally has just opened a modern cafe within its studio and it’s called Neighborhood. The cosy name is apt for the cafe since it does provide homely feels for you and your friends to gather and hangout before or after your workout.
Neighborhood offers 16oz shakes that are sufficient to give you that workout boost that you will need in order for you to last the day without crashing. Some of the shakes they offer include the Triple Berry Açai (S$9), Made For Champs (S$9), and I Beg Your Garden (S$9).

Something cute to take note of is that the team at Neighborhood will doodle and write some quotes on the plastic cups that they serve your beverages in. This adds a fun touch to the entire experience, and we’re sure it’ll definitely brighten up your day when you read it.

Great place to hang out
Other than serving shakes that will replenish your energy, Neighborhood also serves freshly brewed coffee from just S$3.50 that you can enjoy at any time of the day.

Choose to have them to go or drink them in the cafe itself.
There is a lot of natural lighting in the entire area thanks to the huge windows, making it a very warm and aesthetic place to take photos. Neighborhood even has plants and trees to add another pop of colour other than the rose gold and pink furniture.

There are window seats for you to look out at the scenery or people-watch while you enjoy a cuppa, and couches if you’re looking to chill and catch up with your friends.

No matter what you’re there for, you’re guaranteed to have a satisfied smile on your face when you’re at Neighborhood.

If you think that only the cafe area is aesthetic, wait till you see the washrooms.

Just look at how luxurious and stylish the washrooms are!

Since the washrooms are also used by those who visit ALLY for their spin classes, the washrooms are equipped with fresh towels and Aesop products for you to use.

And if members wash their hair after the workout, they can dry off with Dyson hair dryers.

We don’t know about you, but this studio and cafe seem like a great place to be.
If you’re interested to give ALLY a try for a few spin classes, you can book a trial package for S$89 here. The trial comes with three sessions. Subsequently, one session would cost S$59 but you can purchase package bundles that start from S$200.
ALLY and Neighborhood are located at 8 Cross Street, #02-01/02, Manulife Tower, Singapore 048424. Neighborhood is open from 8am to 9.30pm with dine-in from 2pm to 5pm on Mondays through Fridays, and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
