This year, New Jersey sneaker boutique Packer Shoes has once again teamed up with atmos, Japanese streetwear and sneaker boutique and Reebok to launch an exclusive collab, the Doraemon Reebok InstaPump Fury.
Doraemon certainly doesn’t need any introduction — the Japanese cultural icon is a gadget-equipped robotic cat from the 22nd Century who stars in one of the most beloved children’s manga comics and anime of all time.

We daresay these sneakers are Packer Shoes and atmos’ most interesting collaboration yet. Using textured detailing and character motifs, they’ve truly created a sneaker that’s one of a kind, yet reminiscent of the beloved character.
Now who would have thought sneakers could be… furry? Yes, you heard us right. The sneakers have a plush furry finish that reminds us of the classic Doraemon stuffed plushies we all begged our parents for when we were kids.
The back of the shoe is even lined with the same plush furry finish, can you imagine how comfortable that would be?
Colour and Design
One look at this shoe and you can already tell it’s inspired by Doraemon.
Dressed in the iconic blue, white, pink and yellow colour scheme, the pump bladder and toe cap feature Doraemon’s signature blue, with a lighter blue on the furry toebox. White leather surrounds a pink Reebok logo on the throat, and white fur covers the heel.
But Reebok shoes are also most definitely designed with comfort in mind: two-piece white midsoles filled with soft, bouncy DMX cushioning are connected by a carbon fiber plate that sits just above the bright pink outsoles.
Sprinkled throughout the shoe are call-outs to Doraemon, such as the 3D bell on the tongue and the pouch pocket on the heel, with even more detail on the pull tabs and insoles.
You’ll find even more details on the pull tabs (which say “I heart Doraemon”) and insoles that aren’t just your regular ol’ white ones.

You can even twin with your little one, because on top of the men’s sizes, these sneakers come in a kid variant too!
