2. The Deli at Goodwood Park Hotel
When it comes to decoration, this mesmerising Crystal Glacier Log Cake from Goodwood Park Hotel definitely, well, takes the cake! Bejewelled and decorated with pastel milk chocolate shards on top of an elegant white chocolate glaze, this whimsical cake looks stunning under the light and will definitely make everyone at the table take out their phones to snap a few shots!
The cake features a soft almond sponge layer filled with creamy mascarpone, apple mousse and lingonberries, on a base of milk chocolate hazelnut fudge.

3. The Fullerton Cake Boutique
To celebrate Christmas this year, The Fullerton Cake Boutique offers an impressive collection of local-themed log cakes including mouth-watering flavours such as Ondeh Ondeh Lamington, Strawberry Lychee Bandung, Tropical Swing with mango and pineapple jelly, and the signature Black Forest Log Cake.
Out of these four, the one that caught our attention was the Strawberry Lychee Bandung Yule Log Cake inspired, of course, by the popular local drink. Encased in the gorgeous rose-toned glaze is raspberry chiffon sponge cake with rose essence infused lychee mousse and rose essence infused strawberry jelly. 4. Wave Cafe
Beside the Classic Christmas Yule Log Cake, this year Wave Cafe at Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy is bringing back their signature Gula Melaka Pandan Log Cake. The natural sweetness of the palm sugar and the familiar fragrance of pandan leaves lend an unmistakable Singaporean flavour to the traditional Yule Log, perfect for those who prefer a local touch in their Christmas treats.

5. Pacific Marketplace
Gula melaka seems to be a trendy flavour for log cakes this year as Pacific Marketplace Cafe at Pan Pacific Singapore also has their own interpretation: the decadent Mao Shan Wang and Gula Melaka Log Cake for the ultimate Singaporean flavour.
Two other log cake flavours that they offer include the Jivara Milk Chocolate Pear William and Caramel Nut Log Cake containing a classic combination of pear cubes, pear curd and caramelised hazelnuts, as well as the tropical Coconut Mango Calamansi Log Cake.

From now till 25 December 2019, Shophouse at Shangri-La Hotel (located in the Tower Wing Lobby) offers a range of festive takeaways including log cakes with unique flavours such as Chestnut & Yuzu, Coffee & Baileys as well as the All-Time Favourite Grandma 66% Yule Log Cake.
But the star of their log cake offerings this year has to be the new exclusive creation, the Cocoa Bean Strawberry Log Cake, with moist genoise sponge, strawberry juice and strawberry inspiration cremeux giving the cake a sophisticated layered flavour.

Festive fun comes in all sizes, and the Icy Log Cake from Wildseed Café, available in individual slices, will allow you to enjoy your Christmas treat without worrying about overindulgence. 8. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®
This year, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® offers two log cake flavours: the indulgent Classic Log Cake featuring light vanilla swiss roll with dark chocolate ganache and dark chocolate mousse, as well as the refreshing Mango and Passion Fruit Log Cake.
The Mango and Passion Fruit Log Cake is available in individual slices while the Classic Log Cake comes in both full and mini sizes, so you can have a taste of Christmas without having to purchase a whole cake.

From the Swiss roll, to the blancmanges and fresh cream, everything in this cake tastes like your daily cup of bubble tea!
Good news for those watching their sugar intake, this Jelly Bubble Milk Tea Log Cake contains less sugar than your average log cake. So you can indulge in a few more slices without worry!
