Japanese loves udon, especially sanuki-udon, from the Kagawa Prefecture. Sanuki Udon is popular throughout Japan due to its firm texture.

Tamoya was established in the home of udon – Sanuki. Tomoya’s udon is hand-crafted from Tamoya’s proprietary flour mixture (made from three different flour) and is served with “golden dashi” broth. The udon noodles are freshly handmade daily with imported ingredients from Japan and no preservatives added to them.
