Enjoy a scrumptious three-course wine-pairing meal amidst majestic sunset views at only $75++.
Kick off the evening with an exclusive hands-on cocktail mixing session. You will get to mix your own cocktails and enjoy your own concocted tipple.
Starting with the first course of the evening – Crab & Mango Stack, which features a generous helping of shredded crab meat heaped atop of a chopped salad of mango, avocado and tomato, dressed with olive oil and a touch of Tabasco sauce.
Enter the main course – Duck Confit drizzled with truffle oil. The dish is slow-cooked for eight hours to melt the layer of fat through the meat. The Duck Confit comes paired with an oaky Marques De Casa Concha Chardonnay.
End the meal on a sweet note with a slice of Homemade Cheesecake, drizzled with a raspberry coulis and wild berries, perfectly complemented by the fruity aroma of a Marques de Casa Concha Carmenere.
